Agreement

By creating a PactTax account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

PactTax helps you import bank transactions, classify income and expenses, estimate tax, and submit quarterly updates to HMRC under Making Tax Digital. We provide software tools — we are not a substitute for professional tax advice.

Subscriptions & trials

Paid plans are billed monthly unless cancelled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled in line with our billing policy at launch.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Reviewing classifications before submission to HMRC
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate and complete

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PactTax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
